National Unity My Foot
By admin | August 13, 2008
Hey it’s the month of Merdeka Celebration once again, but i bet the government does not have any free time to prepare for the celebration event as they are more concern about how to cover up their shit holes and preparing for the Permatang Pauh by-elections. lol. Well, one may think why i will use this title as the post, to be honest this quote is no longer stranger to some of my close friend as i tend to shout it loudly during the assembly (secondary school times) and spam my friend’s blog (when they post about the malaysian singer for unity shit). Moreover, there’s no better time to use this title. UiTM the University Technology of Mara just had a parade opposing the Selangor’s Menter Besar, Khalid Ibrahim’s suggestion of opening 10% of the slot for the non-bumiputra students. How well they can react to this matter, disregard of any political point of view or education point of view. I, for one is convinced with Khalid’s idea but a friend of mine has question marks all over her face. According to her, the Permatang Pauh by election is coming real soon, so people might think that this is just a gimmick to gain more non-bumiputra votes. I LOL’ed. real hard. Apparently she did not follow the election news as the Malay is the majority voter in this area. If his announcement is a marketing gimmick, then surely he is digging his own grave, no? Oh ya, before i forget, UiTM has a branch at this area too, so i am not amaze that many people have the naive thinking of my friend. LOL.
Pictures show the monkey rempit head (or crowd leader) hand over the memorandum to the Selangor Government representatives
Of course, there is also few event that has totally dissappoint me, one of them is the faggot Zulkifli Noordin, the MP of Baling, led a bunch of monkey to protest the Islam Conversion Forum, heck the crowd is consist of all PKR, PAS and even UMNO members (weird huh?), with all the “Jangan Cabar Islam, Jangan Gugat Islam” banner. lol. Makes me think of the “Polis Kata Jangan” statement by Pak Lah.
Yeah. Not only this. PAS leader, Hadi Awang announce that if the nation is rule by a non-muslim (or non-malay) on the historical 916 day, PAS will quit Pakatan Rakyat. Again, another negative statement to further reduce the people’s confidence of Pakatan Rakyat. Where’s all his sweet words before the 308 election? Er…Negara kebajikan? The reason he given is that if a non-bumi is ruling the country, all the bumi privillege will hilang and it will harm the nation and its citizen. lol. abang, belum cuba belum tahu, sekali cuba hari hari mahu oh! How you know the “future” leader will take away all the privillege. Ada 6th sense ka?? Anyway, i don’t feel strange of all these events, as i am ready to take this on (my music player is playing “We Are Ready”, the theme song of Beijing Olympics 2008). This is one of the major reason to force convince myself to get out of this hell hole if given the oppurtunity (wish me luck on my [future]job application[elsewhere, not in this country]). Nothing much to say, but suddenly think of a statement that quite suits to be the ending of this, which is “Only the incompetent is afraid of competition” I am not targeting anyone in specific, this is on my thoughts after i read the news of the above event. If any reader feel offended, please forgive me and don’t detain me using the ISA lol.
Added: Read some post at lowyat forum, i almost forgot the issue of UITM & Islam Conversion Forum protest, WHERE ARE THE WATER CANNON AND FRU? HINDRAF RALLY, BANDAR MAHKOTA CHERAS, BERSIH SAJA KENA KERJA KA??

Ban Avril Lavigne show, demands PAS
By admin | August 9, 2008
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 9 — Pas has demanded the government ban pop superstar Avril Lavigne from performing in the country, saying that it would insult the Merdeka freedom fighters.
Kuala Lumpur Pas Youth chief Kamaruzaman Mohamad said the government should instead hold patriotic and civilised concerts as well as organise history-writing contests and historical exhibitions in conjunction with the 51st anniversary of the country’s independence.
“If we allow the concert to proceed, it will be an insult to our freedom fighters,” he said, according to harakahdaily.net.
He led the movement’s exco members in handing over a protest note to Mayor Datuk Abdul Hakim Borhan and a Culture, Arts and Heritage Ministry official here yesterday, demanding the ban on the concert by the Canadian pop sensation who is scheduled to perform at Stadium Merdeka on Aug 29.
The protest note also demanded that the Central Committee for Filming and Performance by Foreign Artists (Puspal) not issue the permit for the concert.
Last month the same Pas group was also responsible in preventing Indonesian dangdut sensation Inul Daratista from performing in the capital city, citing among the many reasons that her concert would have been too erotic and almost pornographic as well as capable of corrupting the minds of young Malaysians.
Inul’s concert was cancelled despite Puspal’s approval.
Citing its oft-quoted reasoning, Kamaruzaman said Lavigne’s rock and punk elements were not suitable to be shown to Malaysia’s young generation.
The 23-year-old Lavigne’s show here is part of her world tour covering Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines and the United States.
The award-winning singer is known for her top hit songs such as “Girlfriend”, “Complicated” and “My Happy Ending”.
Her 2002 debut album “Let Go” sold more than 16 million copies internationally. At the age of 18, when she became a multiple winner of the Canadian music awards, she shocked the music industry when she criticised US President George W. Bush for the invasion of Iraq.

I laugh for almost 5 minutes after i finished the article. not too sure about you. just want to know how her concert will be an insult to the freedom fighters… lol… anyone can feel anything?

PM: Existing DNA of Anwar too old
By admin | July 18, 2008
Existing DNA sample too old, says PM
The authorities require a fresh DNA sample from Anwar Ibrahim because the sample extracted 10 years ago is too old, said Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi today.
Bahasa Malaysia| Malay Language
According to Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi, the existing DNA record of Anwar Ibrahim is too old and new record is required so that the investigation can be carry on. Anwar Ibrahim refuse to take new DNA test and conclude that the sodomice charge of him is a political conspiracy. He also claim that the charge is to prevent him from entering the Parliament by contesting in any upcoming election. Well, from my knowledge, DNA will never change and the record can be use like, forever? how come pak lah claim that the record is already old and cannot be used anymore? am i missing out in any latest DNA research? hmm…
Besides, Abdullah Badawi also urged Anwar Ibrahim to cooperate with the police force and guaranteed the latter and his wife, Wan Azizah that the “black eye” case will definitely not happen again.

Historical debate, Anwar vs Shabery
By admin | July 16, 2008
I don’t know whether are we lucky or not. But we have the opportunity to cross over a new millennium, watched how the oppositions denied BN’s two third majority. Besides, we witnessed how Manchester United defeat Bayern Munchen and Chelsea in the most dramatic way. Yesterday, we have a historical TV programme aired on the local and satellite TV stations. A debate between PKR De Facto leader, Anwar Ibrahim against the Information Minister Shabery Cheek on the fuel price hike issue. Needless to say, the BN monkey has try his very best to share his opinion and protect his party about their standpoint. In fact, he even dug out the old story of Anwar Ibrahim during the latter’s time as deputy prime minister and start on with their most powerful weapon which is personal attack. This method is often used by the BN monkey, so i am not surprise here. What i am surprise is he can’t even answer a question properly. When asked about the previous fuel price hike of 30 cents few years ago, “beloved” prime minister promised to spend the savings on improving the public transport (which he failed to do so). His answer did not even touch the topic on public transport, how on earth as an Information Minister can start to drift away from topic during a debate or he know nuts about the question? Skeptical, no? all he knows is repeat and repeat the old stories which is older than myself or Venezuela and Iran (he only knows about this country,eh?). On the other hand, Anwar brought some topics which cemented by convincing facts and points which Shabery failed. Needless to say much, Anwar is my pick. Yes i am biased. Not that i am a fan of him, just that i am frustrated with how Shabery carry out his speech, obviously his objective for yesteday is to play down Anwar Ibrahim. Shame on you, Shab. Now! fulfill your pledge and leave your resignation letter and get your ass out of the country.

Although Shabery did not perform well in the debate. Anyway, there is still prize for his courage and bravery. In your face, Shabery!
